Five bright green avo wedges get tossed in a seasoned batter, gently deep fried, and lovingly placed on a wooden board with a smear of our homemade chipotle aioli sauce. Back in mid-June we embarked on our first official community fundraiser and set an ambitious goal of $1000 to help end hunger.
